These committees are focused on assisting people abroad:
Centennial Celebration
New for 2003, this committee will be coordinating activities and disseminating
information for the Rotary International Centennial Project in 2005.
Foundation
Disseminates information to the Club about the International
Foundation and its activities, promotes the annual International
Foundation Dinner, makes club members aware of activities and
opportunities associated with the Paul Harris Fellowship programs
and 3H grants.
Polio Eradication
Reincarnation of an old committee whose goal is to raise the
money to eliminate polio throughout the world.
Scholarship
Recruits Ambassadorial Scholarship candidates for the District
program.
Service
Manages the various International Services activities at the
club level including International Nite Fundraiser, Liasion
and support for Santa Marta orphanage and school in Baja, Group
Study Exchange Team recruitment and coordination, Sister Cities
(Aguas Calientes) program management, initiation and management
of 3H grants and promotion of the Polio+ Program.
Student Exchange
Manages and recruits for short and long-term high school student
exchange programs.
